About Us

Sometimes, a good thing just falls into your lap.

But what matters is what you do with it after.

We’ve always believed that good things start with a little love—and a lot of hard work.

We’re Eli and Brittany, the husband-and-wife team behind OliveYou. We’ve both always had an entrepreneurial spirit, so starting something of our own felt inevitable. What we didn’t know was what that something would be.

OliveYou was born from years of ideas, ventures, successes, failures, unexpected turns, and ultimately, a season that forced us to think deeply about what mattered most.

Through every chapter, health and wellness remained one of the central pillars of our lives.

But, as we like to say, nothing functions in isolation.

Over the course of a few years, life handed us more than a few curveballs—an accident, the pandemic, the loss of a parent, job changes, financial setbacks, and the transition into parenthood. Like so many people, we found ourselves asking:

What do we actually want our lives to look like?

We were fortunate to be surrounded by a community of people who seemed anchored by their passions. Watching them inspired us to lean more deeply into ours.

And when we did, we kept coming back to the same conversation:

How do we give ourselves the best chance to live this beautiful life for as long—and as well—as possible?

That question made us look more closely at what we put into our bodies, our minds, and our hearts.

Then there was olive leaf.

Brittany's introduction to olive leaf actually began in an unexpected place: with horses.

Anyone who has spent time around horses knows they have a remarkable ability to find trouble. Bumps, scrapes, sensitive stomachs—you name it. Brittany's love for horses led her down a rabbit hole of learning about botanical ingredients, including olive leaf.

She became curious.

If this plant had been used in traditional wellness practices for generations, what did the research say about its use in humans?

One question turned into another. And another.

The more she learned about olive leaf and its naturally occurring polyphenols—particularly oleuropein—the more fascinated she became by the research surrounding its antioxidant properties and its potential role in supporting multiple systems involved in everyday wellness.

Olive leaf eventually became part of her own wellness routine.

And then came elderberry, another botanical with a long history of traditional use, particularly for seasonal immune wellness.

Separately, they were interesting.

Together, they sparked an idea.

Then we became parents.

Becoming parents changed the way we thought about health.

It wasn't just about today's workout, today's meal, or getting through a busy week anymore. We started thinking about longevity differently.

We wanted energy for the ordinary Tuesdays. We wanted to chase our kids around. We wanted to travel, build things, laugh a lot, and someday be the grandparents who could still get down on the floor and play.

And we wanted to be more intentional about the things we did every day to support that future.

The more we talked about olive leaf and elderberry, the more we wondered:

Why wasn't it easier to find these two botanicals together in a simple, intentional daily formula?

That question eventually became OliveYou.

But the name hadn't arrived yet.

Until one day, it did.

After Brittany's mom passed away, she found herself thinking about her often—the memories, the little sayings, and all the ordinary moments that suddenly carry so much more weight when someone is gone.

One day, Brittany told our son a knock-knock joke:

"Knock, knock."

"Who's there?"

"Olive."

"Olive who?"

"OliveYou."

And there it was.

It captured everything we wanted this company to represent.

Because at its core, OliveYou isn't only about what's inside a bottle.

It's about taking care of the people you love—including yourself.

It's about doing the little things today that can support the life you hope to live tomorrow.

It's about remembering that health doesn't exist in isolation. What we put into our bodies matters. What we put into our minds matters. The people we surround ourselves with matter. And what we put into our hearts matters, too.

So we created OliveYou around a simple idea:

Take care of yourself. Take care of your people. And say "I love you" more.

We're still figuring things out. We're still learning. We're still building.

But we're incredibly grateful you're here building this community with us.

From our family to yours,

We OliveYou.
